In case the upper chassis deck is broken, you can use these parts for structural reinforcement.
There is a front adapter and a rear adapter, marked F and R respectively.

You may use a metal/aluminum/nylon rod (about 2.5mm thick) to connect the two and provide reinforcement, all without the need of disposing the broken upper deck. Spray paint to give it a good look:
Hot glue may be used to secure the adaptors once they fit perfectly into position. Super glue does not have the thickness and is not reversible once applied, therefore not recommended.
