As you all know, there is room for play for the TT01 diff gear, and that strange noise will result when you use a fast motor on it.
Here we provide you with 2 washers. Their inner diameter is 13mm.
The smaller version has an outer diameter of 15.5mm and a thickness of 0.8mm.
