This is a replacement spur gear (aka middle gear/idler gear) for the Tamiya Falcon/Sonic Fighter/Striker. The axle is 5mm.

The top end needs to accommodate a small bearing which is 8mm (and 2mm thick). The bottom end needs to accommodate a larger one (11mm bearing which is 4mm thick).
I made several different versions with minor variations in tooth shape and bushing sizes (shimming may or may not be required depending on actual condition of your gearbox – you need to improvise …):

Shim or file depending on the actual conditions. Expect to have several rounds of trial and adjustment. Shim as needed.
Do realize that 3d printed gears do not always go as smooth. It is not easy to print a gear that is 100% fit as a replacement. Some filing and sanding will have to be done on the gear.
I stress tested it by going through about 50 packs of 2S (on a 540 silver can) before it fails 🙂
