The front left C Hub of this car is 3d printed with PLA. Before installation, it has been submerged in hot boiled water (not boiling water!) without any sealed bag for 20 minutes for the purpose of annealing. So far it works quite well.
Do not boil the PLA together with water or the PLA will deform!
Without annealing the C hub breaks in less than a minute.
