This mount is designed to be attached to the rear shock tower so that a 25mm fan can be mounted to cool the motor at the rear end.
The rear placement of the motor makes natural air cooling ineffective. It is therefore important for you to provide cooling to it via a fan. When the motor is placed at the rear end behind the rear axle, cooling by natural airflow is difficult since wind is blocked by the chassis. You will want to use a custom mount to host a fan and keep the motor cool at all time.
